These guidelines are to keep this space respectful, safe, and valuable to everyone. The following guidelines will be enforced:

✅ Kindness, compassion, and respect are required in all comments. Keep this a battle-free zone, judgement-free zone. Always.
✅ Chime in! with questions, dialogue and reflections. Share wins and struggles, thoughts, encouragements and concerns. The more you put in, the more you'll get out.
